Family and Community Circle is a registered not for profit California Corporation created to foster cooperation among families and the community.  This public service corporation organizes public discussion groups, panels, forums, and lectures designed to promote a collegial attitude and dialogue in the community.  It creates opportunity for instruction and training to develop and improve the capabilities of those involved in community services and social services in the area.
